Entry Deadline
Deadline for entries is December 12, 2011. Teams are taken on a first come first served basis. Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $200 deposit ASAP. No gymnast or teams will be entered until entry fees are paid.

USAG Women’s Levels 3-6: $73
USAG Women’s Levels 7-10 & Prep-Opt: $92
USAG Women’s Team: $50
USAG Men’s Levels 4-6: $79

Refund Policy
Deadline for refunds and level changes is January 2, 2012. Credits for next years meet will be given for injuries only with a written doctor’s after that date.
Coaches and Judges Hospitality
Saturday night, coaches and judges will be treated to the CRAZY FUN SMGVC HOSPITALITY EVENT in the Wilderness at the Smokies Waterpark from 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Use the hot tub, ride the “Smokies Surf Rider” and enjoy the company, food and drink.
