Hi Everyone,
Thank you for attending the 2012 Wisconsin Dells Gymnastics Vacation Gymnastics Classic (WDGVC).

If there are any discrepancies with your roster, name spellings, birthdates, missing USAG #’s and levels email the correction ASAP. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests.
If you have recently added gymnasts or have an outstanding balance, please make sure that NetLynx receives payment before the event.
Coaches must have their USAG and/or their AAU Membership Cards with them at the time of Coaches Check in. WDGVC has over 1800 registered athletes and 275 coaches using 5 sets of equipment simultaneously. We encourage coaches to check-in early; Friday night for Saturday sessions, Saturday for Sunday sessions, if you are able to. If not, plan to come early for your first session and everybody will enjoy their “Vacation” meet the more for it.
Remember, if you have a large number of gymnasts you WILL be split into multiple squads. Women’s rotation schedules will be posted on the WDGVC website by Wednesday 5:00 pm.
Please let your parents know that advance ticket purchase is available until midnight on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at BUY WDGVC TICKETS . After January 26th, tickets may only be purchased at the Wisconsin Dells Center, the meet site, at the regular price. Only cash is accepted at the Wisconsin Dells Center for admission tickets. An ATM is available in the lobby.
Also let them know check in time for gymnasts is 30 minutes before their Open Stretch begins. If you are in a Saturday or Sunday 8:00 am session please make sure your gymnasts check in at 7:30 am. Each gymnast will be required to turn in the Gymnast Check-In form at the Gymnast Check-in table before they will be allowed on to the competition floor. We have attached the Gymnast Check-In Form so that you may distribute to your parents in advance of the meet to speed things up when they arrive. Of course forms will also be available at the meet.
Parking is $5 per car at the Wisconsin Dells Center (meet site). Person’s staying at the host hotel – Chula Vista may take advantage of the free shuttle service by contacting the main hotel desk.
Lastly, for all the club’s that have gymnasts competing in the Xcel divisions, we have attached the current Wisconsin Xcel Rule’s as a courtesy and a reminder that this meet uses Wisconsin Xcel Rules.

Deadline for entries is November 14, 2011. Teams are taken on a first come first served basis. Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $200 deposit ASAP. No gymnast or teams will be entered until entry fees are paid.
Deadline for refunds and level changes is December 1, 2011. Credits for next years meet will be given for injuries only with a written doctor’s after that date.
